If you’re anything like us, you’ve become increasingly skeptical of product’s ingredient lists. Acne serums packed with pore-clogging oils, “natural” shampoos overflowing with harsh chemicals…the list goes on. And one of the worst offenders we’ve seen recently is sugar and salt scrubs. If a product doesn’t contain either of these two simple ingredients, it shouldn’t be billing it as such.

The first ingredient on the list is actually (you guessed it) sugar and the ones that follow are surprisingly pronounceable—think grape seed, olive and coconut oils.
