Am I a Candidate for alloClae™?
Model
Patients often choose alloClae™ as an effective body sculpting option when they want to enhance their shape, proportion, or silouhette while avoiding more invasive plastic surgery.
Additionally, patients experiencing volume loss or contour irregularities from GLP-1 medication weight loss can benefit from alloClae™, which targets the affected area better than typical fat transfer procedures.
Because it involves fat transfer using donor fat rather than your own, it’s a more accessible contouring option for patients who may not have enough fat volume for traditional fat transfer procedures. This lets patients with a lower BMI keep their natural fat in other places of their body to provide a smoother silhouette.
At your initial consultation, ask Dr. Hochstein and the team if you qualify for alloClae™. They will review your medical history, anatomy, and goals to determine if alloClae™ is the right choice for you.
Dr. Hochstein is committed to providing his patients with the safest, most comfortable care possible
How Is alloClae™ Performed?
This procedure is performed in-office and takes about 30 minutes to an hour. Dr. Hochstein typically uses local anesthesia to numb the area before using a thin cannula to inject the donor fat into your tissue.
Once finished, you will immediately see noticeable improvement in volume.
What Is the Recovery Time for alloClae™?
Dr. Hochstein offers alloClae™ as a minimally invasive procedure that requires minimal downtime.
Most patients can return to normal activities and work within 24 to 48 hours. It’s recommended to avoid strenuous exercise for the first week, during which you may experience mild swelling and bruising. However, these will fade relatively quickly throughout the following weeks, and most patients are able to return to normal activity by the second week.
Ask about your personalized post-care instructions. Depending on the location and amount of treatment, you may be advised to wear a compression garment to help reduce swelling. While recovery is mild, following aftercare instructions helps ensure a smooth healing process.
What Can I Expect From My alloClae™ Results?
While slight swelling and bruising may occur, you will see immediate improvement in the treated areas right after your procedure. Because alloClae™ maintains your natural 3D honeycomb tissue structure, the transferred fat transitions seamlessly with the surrounding tissue and collagen production. This allows for improved proportions, enhanced curves, and a more balanced figure.
You can see your final results in four to six weeks, and they may continue to improve over the next few months.
However, it’s important to keep realistic expectations. Result longevity varies depending on the patient’s health, lifestyle, and metabolism. The average timeframe ranges from one to three years. Touch-ups can help keep results lasting longer.
