Our Office, Your Office!
When you first walk into Dr. Hochstein’s office you will quickly realize that his office is your office! In fact, it is cozy and feels pretty much like home. Here, a dedicated team of professionals work diligently to give you their undivided attention. This is a personal experience, from your first phone call to follow up visits!
Dr. Hochstein has built his exclusive office based on his extensive, and very private practice and the benefits are totally patient oriented: a doctor with his own staff! Here, there are no surprises in your medical care. You will always know who will be taking care of you – a professional team which includes Dr. Hochstein’s own Board Certified Anesthesiologist, Registered Nurse, not to mention the friendly faces at the Front Desk.
Michelle Heavens (Business Manager)
After twelve years building Dr. Hochstein’s practice, I have seen everything. From understanding the perspective of Dr. Hochstein’s patients to meeting with the thousands of men and women who have walked into my office in the past years, I have come to be an expert of sorts on the different angles of plastic surgery. It is this understanding of how plastic surgery can affect a person physically, emotionally and mentally that has proven to help patients feel confident in going forward with their decision to undergo plastic surgery.
I believe in the power of information, and I enjoy helping to educate our patients! I have largely contributed to the design of our websites by incorporating my ideas from the perspectives of a business manager, office manager, and patient coordinator as well as from the perspective of a patient. I help to provide individuals with the tools to make the best decision in choosing a qualified plastic surgeon. Quality care is the most essential aspect of the plastic surgery experience; therefore, I have put together a very dedicated staff, including a board certified anesthesiologist and a recovery registered nurse to ensure the safety of the patient.
At 42, I knew the importance of seeing my doctor regularly for checkups and physicals. However in May of 2011, I was blindsided by a diagnosis: Stage 3C Ovarian Cancer.
